Privacy policy

The short version. This site has no accounts, no sign-up forms, and no advertising or tracking cookies. The only personal data it shows is the leaderboard itself, with names partly hidden.

1. Who runs the site

Pookie's Leaderboard is run by Pookie, a streamer on Kick. You can reach us through the Discord.

2. Leaderboard data

The leaderboard is read from Gamba. For each player on the board, Gamba gives us:

• the display name. We show only its first and last character. The rest is removed on our server before the page reaches anyone's browser;
• the profile picture;
• the VIP rank;
• the amount wagered in the race, the position and the prize.

We don't receive email addresses, real names, wallet or payment details, or what you played. We keep the board in a short-lived cache of about a minute, plus a saved copy that is shown if Gamba can't be reached.

The CSBattle leaderboard is read from CSBattle in the same way. We receive the username, profile picture and amount wagered, show only the first and last character of the name, and keep the result for about a minute.

Players who have hidden their profile on Gamba appear as "Hidden" here too. If you'd like your entry or picture hidden on this site, ask in the Discord and we'll do it.

3. Cookies and browser storage

None. The site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser, so there is nothing to accept or decline.

4. Hosting and logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the technical data needed to deliver and protect the site: your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and when. We don't combine that with anything else to identify you. Where we measure visits, we use Cloudflare's cookie-free analytics, which counts visits without following individual people across sites.

5. Other services

• Profile pictures on the leaderboards load from Gamba's and CSBattle's image services, so your browser connects to them to fetch them.
• Whether Pookie is live is checked by our server, not by your browser. Kick doesn't see your visit unless you click through.
• Links to Gamba, CSBattle, Kick and Discord take you to those services, where their own privacy policies apply.
• Fonts and scripts are served from this site, not from third parties.

6. Reward claims

Milestones and other rewards are claimed in Pookie's Discord. You'll be asked for your Gamba username and proof of your rank or wagers. That information is used only to check and pay the claim, and it stays in Discord, under Discord's own privacy policy.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, for example in the EU, the UK or California, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how it is used. We hold very little, so in practice:

• hide your profile on Gamba and you'll show as "Hidden" here;
• ask us in the Discord to hide your entry on this site.

To use any of these rights, contact us in the Discord. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Children

The site is for adults. It isn't aimed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
